Prohibited Activities:

Marketplace Rules

BuySellCy is a classifieds and advertising platform. We provide tools for users to publish listings and communicate.

Important: BuySellCy is not a party to any buyer–seller transaction and does not handle shipping, delivery, escrow, or buyer-to-seller payments. Any payment and delivery arrangements are made directly between users outside the platform.

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and legal compliance. Buyers must do their own due diligence before purchasing and should report suspicious activity.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Collection:

• We collect information you provide directly to us
• We may collect usage data and analytics
• We use cookies and similar technologies
• We implement security measures to protect your data

Data Sharing:

• We may share data with service providers

Fees & Payments

Basic listings may be free. We charge only for premium digital services on BuySellCy, including subscription plans and one-off promotional upgrades for listings (e.g., Featured Ad, Highlight Ad, Top of Search/Bump).

Website payments: Card payments on our website are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.

In-app purchases (iOS/Android): Purchases made inside our iOS/Android apps are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) via their in‑app purchase systems.

Subscription management: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. How you cancel/manage depends on where you purchased: if you purchased inside the iOS app, you manage it via Apple App Store subscriptions; if you purchased inside the Android app, you manage it via Google Play subscriptions; if you purchased on our website, you manage it through your account settings on our website.

Refunds: Refunds for purchases made on our website are handled by our support team according to our Refund Policy. Refunds for in‑app purchases are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies and processes.

Service Availability:

• We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee it
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

User Transactions:

• We facilitate transactions but are not a party to them
• We do not guarantee the quality or authenticity of items
• Users are responsible for their own transactions
• We provide dispute resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.

Changes to Terms:

• We may update these terms from time to time
• We will notify users of significant changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You can review current terms at any time

Account Termination:

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Termination does not affect completed transactions
• Some terms survive account termination
