Refund Policy | BuySellCy Cyprus Marketplace

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to BuySellCy for platform services, such as:

• Subscriptions (plans / upgrades / downgrades)
• Premium listing features (paid boosts/placements)
• Banner ads (paid advertising campaigns)
• Wallet top-ups and AI credits (where available)

Downgrades (pro‑rata wallet credit)

If you downgrade to a cheaper plan, we may credit your wallet for unused time on your current plan (pro‑rata). This credit can be used for future purchases on BuySellCy.

Cancellations

If you cancel a subscription, access typically remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused time are not guaranteed and depend on the specific case and payment method.

Premium features and banner ads are typically delivered immediately and/or reserved for a specific period. For that reason they are usually non-refundable once started or delivered.

If you believe a paid feature was charged incorrectly or could not be delivered due to a platform error, contact support and include the transaction details.

• Wallet top-ups: generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of error/fraud prevention.
• AI credits: generally non-refundable. If an AI operation fails after charging credits, we may automatically refund the credits (credits only, not cash).

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the transaction (where applicable).

• Your username and the email used on your account
• Transaction details (date/amount/description; screenshots help)
• Reason for the request
